check You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the property you seek to advertise for sale / rent at dasiengineer.com or you have been duly authorized by the owner of the property you are advertising for sale / rent at dasiengineer.com.

check You agree to indemnity and hold dasiengineer.com, its employees, officers, consultants and agents harmless against any claims, losses or damages resulting from your advertisement at dasiengineer.com.

check You must at all times comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

check dasiengineer .com may refuse to advertise your property or properties at its sole discretion without affording any reason.

check dasiengineer.com may remove any advertised property at any time at its sole discretion without affording any reason.

check You represent and warrant that the particulars of the property are true and accurate and any other information regarding the property is true and accurate and agree to indemnify and hold dasiengineer.com harmless in case of any breach of such representation or warranty.

check You must not have been suspended from the use of our services.

check You must have legal capacity and be of legal age to use our services and to advertise property at dasiengineer.com.

check Unless permitted by Graana.com as per a separate agreement, and with the consent of the legal owners of the property/properties, you may only use our services for yourself in relation to your property/properties.

check You may be required to pay fees / charges in relation to some of our services as per our policies and promotions.

check You will not to change or remove any copyright notice published on dasiengineer.com.

check You will not misrepresent any information or provide false / inaccurate information regarding any property advertised at dasiengineer.com.

check No information contained at dasiengineer.com shall constitute an invitation or an offer to invest in any property. Further, nothing published on dasiengineer.com should be considered as a recommendation by dasiengineer.com.

check You will not advertise any property using any copyrighted information, or information that you do not have permission to use.

check dasiengineer.com offers no guarantee or warrantees that there would be a positive response or any response, once the property is put on display. Any payments made to dasiengineer.com in this regard are solely for the purposes of display of the property advertised.

check You will not remove any advertisement for a property for at least a period of one week after publishing the same on dasiengineer.com.

check You will not interfere in other users’ enjoyment of the services.

check You will not create links from any website or webpage to any page or site on dasiengineer.com, express with dasiengineer.com’s express written permission.

check dasiengineer.com may, at its sole discretion and without providing any reasons, suspend your services (even paid services), in case of any violation, or alleged violation, of the terms of this Terms of Use and in case of any delayed or non-payment of any amount due to dasiengineer.com, for an indefinite period of time.dasiengineer.com will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses or other actual or alleged claims in this regard. The user shall indemnify and hold dasiengineer.com harmless against any claims or third-party claims as a result of the user’s violation of the Terms of Use or non-payment for services provided by dasiengineer.com.
